Our 30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the conditions below.
Unopened products only
For the health, safety, and hygiene of all our customers, we can only accept returns of products that are unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed packaging. This applies to all categories — supplements, facial care, and skin care.
Once a seal is broken or a product has been opened or used, we are unable to accept it for return, as we cannot resell or guarantee the safety of opened wellness products. We appreciate your understanding — this policy protects every customer who orders from us.
Items that cannot be returned
- Any product that has been opened, used, or had its seal broken
- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items marked "final sale" at the time of purchase
- Free gifts or promotional items
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we'll make it right at no cost to you — even if the item has been opened. Please email us at motionstarterinc@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
How to start a return
- Email motionstarterinc@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll confirm your return is eligible and send instructions.
- Ship the unopened item back to the address we provide.
Please do not send any item back before contacting us — returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard (non-defective) returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover all return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
Maryland customers
This return policy is disclosed at the time of sale in accordance with Maryland law. Where a return policy is properly posted, that policy governs returns. Regardless of this policy, Maryland law preserves your right to a remedy for any product that is defective — which we honor as described above. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
