Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. The exact cost is always shown before you pay.

How long until my order arrives?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so we can only make changes or cancellations within a short window. Email us at motionstarterinc@gmail.com right away with your order number and we'll do our best to help before it ships.

I haven't received my tracking number.
Check your spam folder first. If it's still missing 3 business days after ordering, email us and we'll send it over.

Are your supplements FDA approved?
Dietary supplements are not approved by the FDA. Our products are produced in facilities that follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

How do I use each product?
Suggested use and ingredients are listed on each product page and on the product label. As with any supplement or skincare product, consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

How should I store my products?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and keep supplements out of reach of children.

Do you have allergen information?
Full ingredient lists are on each product page. If you have a specific allergy question, email us before ordering and we'll help.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?
We accept returns of unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are always covered. See our full Return Policy for details and how to start a return.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
